Introduction
This Delivery and Fulfillment Policy explains how dreamfan.io delivers access to its digital AI generation services, subscriptions, usage credits, generated outputs, and related support.
dreamfan.io provides digital services only. We do not ship physical goods.
Digital Service Delivery
After a successful payment or eligible account action, digital access is normally delivered automatically to your account.
Delivery may include:
- Subscription access to paid features
- Usage credits for eligible AI generation tasks
- Access to generation tools and account features
- Access to generated AI media through your account history or result page
Most digital entitlements are available immediately after payment confirmation. In some cases, payment processor verification, fraud checks, or technical delays may take additional time.
Subscription Fulfillment
Subscriptions provide access to the plan features shown at checkout and in your account billing area.
- Monthly and yearly subscriptions are activated after payment confirmation.
- Subscription credits are usage units for the service and are not a form of currency.
- Subscription access remains active for the paid billing period unless suspended for policy violations, chargebacks, fraud, or legal requirements.
- Cancellations stop future renewal but do not remove access already paid for during the current billing period unless stated otherwise.
Credit Package Fulfillment
Credit packages are fulfilled as usage units added to your account after payment confirmation.
- Credits have no cash value.
- Credits are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
- Credits cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Expiration and usage rules are shown in the pricing, checkout, or account pages where applicable.
If credits are not added after a completed payment, contact support with your account email and transaction ID.
AI Generation Delivery
Generated outputs are delivered digitally through the product interface.
Typical fulfillment flow:
- You submit a prompt, upload, or generation request.
- The service checks the request for safety, technical validity, and available credits.
- Credits are reserved or deducted according to the task rules shown in the product.
- The AI generation task is processed.
- Results are shown in the interface or account history when processing completes.
Processing time depends on the selected feature, queue demand, uploaded file size, provider availability, and content review requirements.
Failed or Delayed Generation
If a generation task fails due to a technical error after credits are deducted, credits may be automatically returned according to platform logs and our Refund Policy.
Tasks may be delayed or blocked when:
- Inputs violate the Acceptable Use Policy or Content Moderation Policy
- Payment or fraud checks are pending
- Uploaded files cannot be processed
- Third-party infrastructure is degraded
- Manual review is required
We do not guarantee a specific creative result from AI generation. Dissatisfaction with subjective output quality is handled under the Refund Policy.
No Physical Shipping
Because the service is delivered digitally:
- No physical products are shipped.
- No shipping carrier, tracking number, or physical delivery address is required for service fulfillment.
- Any billing address collected during checkout is used for payment, tax, compliance, or fraud-prevention purposes only.
Support and Delivery Issues
If you do not receive purchased digital access or credits, email support@dreamfan.io with:
- Your account email
- Order or transaction ID
- Payment date
- Description of the missing entitlement or failed task
We normally respond within 24-48 hours.
